TechMan offers customer the option to view ongoing jobs and estimates through the Customer Portal. The Customer Portal gives customers access to videos, images, checksheets and the ability to authorise estimates with all the supporting information for customers to make informed decisions. This can also speed up the process for authorisation limiting time of vehicles holding up valuable ramp space. Customers can also view videos, images and checksheets against ongoing jobs so they can keep up with the progress of work being carried out.
