What’s the difference between Partner Plan and Flexi Plan?

The Partner Plan offers a lower monthly cost with no upfront fee, but requires a longer commitment.

Do you charge per user?

No, TechMan does not charge per user (except for the Starter Flexi plan). You can add multiple team members to your workshop without any additional licence fees.

Can I transfer my data from my current system?

Yes, we can transfer your existing data so you can continue where you left off.

This includes customer records, vehicle details, invoices, service reminders, and stock data. Our team will handle the process for you, though some limitations may apply depending on your current system.

Is training included?

Yes, full onboarding and 1-to-1 training is included as part of your setup.

Training can be delivered remotely or on-site (for an additional fee), and ongoing support is available to ensure your team gets the most out of the system.
