Alicia explains:
“We had a few issues with organisation of the day, knowing where people were and what they were on at what time.”

“They all have tablets, and we can organise our day a lot better,” Alicia says.

“We got to see an overview of what goes on. We really liked the format, so we thought we’d give it a go,” Alicia recalls.

“It took a few weeks… and it was all pretty straightforward.”

    “All of our technicians know that they have a time limit on their jobs,” Alicia explains. This helps the team understand how many jobs can be completed in a day and when additional work can be fitted in.
    “It means that we can get more jobs done.”

Alicia describes TechMan’s support as fast and easy to access.

“You can simply go through the help system… or you can email them direct,” she explains. “They tend to come back to you within about 15–20 minutes, either on email or they’ll give you a phone call.”
