Just The Business Daventry has been operating under Curtis’s ownership for around six years. When Curtis moved into the premises and took on the business, he chose to implement TechMan straight away. “This is my first business that I took over,” he explains. “So yeah, it was all brand new to me.”

“It was super quick,” Curtis explains. “They came out and it took a couple of hours, then over the next week maybe three or four phone calls… it was very easy to use.”

    “Rather than using pen and paper, it’s a lot quicker,” Curtis says. “I can print my invoices straight off TechMan. I can send them straight via email… everything’s a lot easier.”

    “How quick and easy and simple… yeah, it just makes my job a lot easier.”

    “The way it integrates directly with QuickBooks, the way it integrates directly with HaynesPro – it’s really helpful.”

After six years of use, Curtis says TechMan has remained simple and dependable.

“I’ve had it for six years and it’s just been very simple, easy for me.”

Support & Experience

Curtis explains that while he doesn’t often need support, help is always available when he does.

“Whenever I phone up, I’m already speaking to somebody who knows everything about it,” he says. “They can pretty much help me there and then.”

This reassurance has made the system even easier to rely on day to day.
